Engine Thumbnail Missing From Scenario

Unread postby FHRob » Thu Oct 09, 2014 12:29 pm

The engine thumbnail is missing from a few scenarios.

Is there a way to add the engine picture file to a scenario? I know the thumbnails exist, as the pictures show in other scenarios using the same engine?

In the engine there is folder called locomotive information. If there is pic there it should show up. It needs to be named image.png. If you need more information holler. And I can give it to you in detail.

That was it - on the money. !!*ok*!!

I can add something here about getting a locomotive thumbnail to show in the scenario listing, whether the .png file has just been added, or it was already in the engine folder, but not in the scenario preview.

The "trick" here is to go into Build, Edit Scenario, and click on the scenario that's missing the thumbnail. Make a simple change, such as the weather. Save the change. When you exit the scenario, and the debriefing appears,
the engine thumbnail should now be there.

Now, that's a really helpful bit of information! Hope that I can remember it.
