Now I've seen some sun kinks that were bad but I've never seen one that happens on a bridge and does this!

That can't be from the sun. No way is a bridge gonna buckle from that. Tracks....yes....a bridge.... no.

Notice the rest of the bridge is fine. Either something hit the bridge laterally or it's supports were shifted from a massive volume of water.

Could be lateral displacement caused by earthquake / landslide, or depth compression caused by a telephoto lens, or both.

Guard fence is broken. I'm thinking landslide, looking in the distance at another hillside slide. Too much water not enough foliage to hold the earth in place. Kinda like the slides we get here in So Cal after a big rain after a brush fire.

Yeah... it was hovering low to the ground with it's lights out at night and didn't see the bridge. It is bent in the shape of a round flying saucer hitting it. As Bugs Bunny says..... made a wrong turn at Albuquerque. !*roll-laugh*!

More info on this bridge I found. Looks like it dates back to 2011:

Flood undercut a trestle and shifted it. Yikes.
