Calgary, AB, Canada flooding

As you might have heard, Calgary, AB, Canada experienced flooding and the downtown core was closed. The LRT (Light Rail System) was also shutdown. Judging by the pictures, I wonder why... I was suppose to be in Calgary this week, but they changed it to Toronto. Lucky me.
