Railworks America

Hi guys. I live in the Albany NY area, and have gotten attached to the rail system around our area. I have planned to go to Modoc rail academy, and hopefully get a job with CSX, working out of Selkirk yard. My parents are considering moving us to Kentucky. They are both in their early 50's and are tired of the freezing winters we have up here. So my question is, what railroads operate in Kentucky? What areas of the state do they operate in?
