This is the BNSF line that goes up the Columbia River Gorge at Washougal, WA. The BNSF employee (who TOTALLY didn't give me permission to do this) told me that a crew on a passed train saw this and raised holy hell on the radio. The crew on this train slowed to a crawl until they could cut this car out on a rip siding. There was a crane coming to lift the cover and reset the coils. Until the cover comes off, they don't know exactly what caused the shift.

Good save! Imagine the carnage if it snagged a passing train.

Its good they caught this before it did any damage. Nice find btw.
