UP Loco Light. Are you in Wyoming?

The Western Pacific Railroad Museum in Portola, California?

I know they have a SP SD9 that's in a very wore SP Bloody Nose Scheme. Looks like they have it in primer paint in your photo of the truck.

Very SD9-ish. Hehe.

Yup. Portola.

The boys (6 and 3) and I are having a blast climbing up engines, seeing if the cab is open. The U25B and U30B are up here so I am getting to meet what I am modeling. They even have an FM switcher so I will see what I can glean from it for the Train Master.

Wish others jumped in, was going to load up some pic from my real camera to string you along. Oh well. :D

Nice Papa. Shame that Alco is sitting out to rust away.

Yea, I didn't understand that. They may have received them as no-ops and just need the time and funding to get them up again.

Its nice to let the kids run around the loco's, and explore. At one time many years ago you could get into most
any locomotive at the Illinois Railway Museum. Then one day an old lady fell of an engine and that was it.
Last time my wife and I went up there, most every loco was chained off. !*don-know!* !*not-ok*!

Wow, didn't know that. I really despise the culture of knee-jerk reactions and ambulance chasing lawyers that cause everyone to be like that when something bad happens. !*not-ok*!

And really nice pics Papa!!! I'm jealous. !**duh*!!
