I've seen loco's dressed like that close to my shop. While in transit, it keeps the taggers (graphiti)
away from freshly painted loco's *!twisted!*

And they will try to ruin the paint job.

What's the bet they snap off the hand rails when they unwrap it.

Just add a ribbon and its ready for Christmas
