"On July 1, 1862, nearly 150 years ago, President Abraham Lincoln signed the Pacific Railway Act, allowing Union Pacific to set forth on our ambitious journey to connect and build a nation. Join us starting Jan. 1, 2012, when we begin our year-long, 150th Anniversary celebration."

I expect to see some good excursions in 2012 and maybe another special paint scheme on a diesel. :D
