Texting while driving, again? Not as bad as that crash a few years ago when an Amtrak train and a freight hit head on at speed. Amtrak engineer was texting one of his friends, blew past a signal. Lot of people died in that one.

Ironic the Amtrak California locomotive has Operation Lifesaver decals. At least nobody was hurt to bad.
