Gets a new paint scheme. More like an advertisement for the Greenbrier Express... Tender is done, work continues on the boiler, wheels, cab, etc.

It's parked at the C&O Museum in Clifton Forge, right? I would have thought Jim Justice would have sprung for a canopy shelter at least.
