Very modern crossing, using a speaker instead of an actual bell. Still better then ones used on the Bailey Sub in Nebraska (Used elsewhere, but mainly there)... If I ever find a video of them, I'll post it. Very loud and annoying.

Testing one of these annoying things. That's the crossing itself and not a train! !*hp*!

It almost seems that it is continental drift! I guess the railroads are looking for a grade crossing alarm that gets your attention like a siren. A lot of people do not know it, but that is also why they started placing multiple notes on air horns as well as the long, long, short, long whistle signals for grade crossings.

Wow, those are really annoying crossing signals, to say the least. The line near me just has a digital bell, still sounds kinda like a bell.
