I read somewhere a military person was going around blowing an air horn and scared an old lady at a crosswalk, and she ended up tripping and falling into a passing car. The man was charge with Homicide.

There's a store here in the US called Harbor Freight Tools, they sell a diesel horn, sounds just like that. Air powered, too, has it's own compressor. About $35, IIRC.
