In the last frontier - is the huge polar bear still at Anchorage airport transit lounge? I remember being very impressed back in 77 when in transit from Tokyo to London - the paws on that - wow.

Yes it still is. Also one at the Kenai Airport near where I live as well. Seems to be an Alaska thing.
