Big blue caboose for use on trains carrying nuclear waste. Road number VWXX-800 and belongs to the US Navy. "The railcar (VWXX-800) is currently being built, outfitted, and certified by Vigor Works LLC under contract to the U.S. Government and will be used as a courier escort vehicle by the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program to support spent nuclear fuel and other national security shipments".

American Steam you really know how to tap into one's imagination. I'll say this, finally, an American response to the "Caboose Gap".

We have been in a "Caboose Gap" since about 1992 when they were about done removing them from trains.
