BNSF yardmaster testifies to the STB about the pitfalls of PSR

Came across the recent testimony of a BNSF yardmaster addressing the STB about the issue of long PSR trains, lack of useable locomotives on hand and mentions the yardmaster being removed from Wenatchee yard and having to yardmaster it over closed circuit cameras from Seattle. He worked for a time in Minneapolis and currently works in Denver. Even mention's his son's experience at UP. Pretty compelling testimony. Wants trains mandated to be no longer than 8000 feet long. It's about 11 minutes long. A really good listen.
