A few months ago Union Pacific held a contest where fans voted on where to route the Steam Locomotives. 4 routes were in the finals and the "Little Rock Express" won by only a few votes. Almost time for #844 to strut her stuff.

Showing off, jeebus, she was hauling butt! I don't know how the camera vehicle kept up! That's some amazing steam power! Fantastic!

What's kinda neat is watching the front of the locomotive and watching it absorb all the bumps and sways in the track at that speed. You can see it good 1:17
