Didn’t Cali try this “unsuccessfully” between SanFran and LA.....
What makes them think this will work any better......

The one from LA to San Francisco was a government project, therefore did not work. The one going to Vegas is done by Virgin Trains USA, who is the owner of Brightline in Florida.
