Most cemeteries would allow that as long as it is not vulgar or drug related. And just so you know, you can buy and place your stone before you die. You would save a lot of money buying it preneed. I have been cutting stone for 42 years and the price goes up 14% every year with out fail. I have made a stone with a parking meter attached to it, "Time Expired" on the tag. Made one that was a golf bag with clubs sticking out the top. I saw a Mercedes Benz carved out of granite for a millionaire's son. That's a life size car. Hood ornament and all. If you have the money you can do whatever you want pretty much.
