This is a picture from Bluff City Boulevard Cemetery in Elgin IL. Each year they put up a flag for each solder who lies here and didn't make it back from defending our freedom.

We just had 2 F14s fly through. Every dog in the neighborhood is barking their heads off. All the birds are flying away too. Scared me as they were only about 5 or 600 feet up. I thought we were under attack. Now our parade has started. Way more people here in town than I expected. Largest crowd I have ever seen here.

I'm a day late, but I'll like to take a moment to say "thank you" to all who have paid the ultimate sacrifice while protecting our country, and to those who continue to fight to keep our nation free. !*salute*!
