Post-mergers..... MRL is my 2nd favorite railroad after Union Pacific. I love the fact that they have stuck with a 100% EMD roster of locomotives so far. I love hearing those 2-stroke mid-train helpers screaming up Mullan Pass. I plan on going up there in springtime to film video for my YouTube channel. Happy 30th MRL! 
Here is a couple of my favorite MRL videos.... and turn up the bass and volume on that subwoofer!
MRL helpers slowly ramping up their engines and moving the train from a standstill to eventually notch 8 on the steep grade at Austin, Montana.....
MRL helpers pushing-pulling a coal train up Mullan Pass from 3 spots along the route.....

Check out the channel of the guy that posted those videos. He has a lot of good videos on there including some drone footage.
