Posts not using caps and gramma

Grab a rock, have a seat, and talk about the real world of trains.

Well, even your subject line is mis-spelled!

Remember many people are posting using mobile devices these days, phones and tablets, where typing is more difficult, auto-correct can cause strange results, and so on.

I would rather worry about quality of questions and responses, than about typos and grammar (sp!), TBH (sorry for the abbreviation - even on my desktop KB!)

Chris is correct, some of this has to do with mobile devices. It's harder and time consuming to do Caps.
Me, I'm almost always on a keyboard and I know how to actually touch type, which helps immensely.

I have been on the internet since it became the internet. Way back when we were at 300 baud and you did not even waste the bandwidth to retype or fix errors. The human eye can figure things out.

At work I terrorize employees and coworkers. You make one mistake in a 50-page document, I will find it and give you hell for it.
In primary school I made one mistake in a spelling test. 44 years later I'm still hurting about it.

But on a public forum about trains? Meh.

Oh, the irony!!

Is it intentional? Or is it just ignorance?? Or, perhaps, apoplexy-induced errors?!?!

Not only bad grammar, but trolling, is commonplace in the internet experience.
