So BNSF, which heavily restricts distribution of its trademarks due in part to fear that computer models of its equipment might be involved in crashes in railroad sims, allows these videos of real trains to be posted for anyone to see? Can they spell "inconsistent"?

BNSF has no say.... these are released by NTSB

Depends on what you believe. From what i've heard, not only does BNSF not have control of this video, but they don't have control of their trademark outside of the US because someone else bought it. How embarrasing on both accounts!

I saw this vid a month or so back. It still makes me clinchy butt when the train goes off the rails.
