I remember seeing this video, that's crazy. It's scary when things like that can happen anywhere.

That's what happens when you put in a culvert when it should have been a bridge.....

Or could've at least had more and bigger culvert pipes. Hard to tell what it actually had with all that water damned up. I bet that guy almost crapped himself!
