Yeah they made a big announcement about it last week and I promptly forgot about it.

It's late but I'm not happy that the previous comments have been wiped out. Bottom line is, it isn't possible to view the DLC manuals anymore.

Actually, viewing manuals is somewhat possible -- although certainly not easy:
1) On the main screen, click on the Store link (upper right);
2) If you know what you're looking for already, enter its name in the Search Products box (name must be exact, I imagine);
3) Otherwise, choose icons from Country, Package, Engine categories -- no need to select from all three, but at least one.
4) Choose from among the icons that appear: some descriptions include the manual, others not -- go figure! -- perhaps they'll all be available eventually.

I have done that. In fact, when I checked the page for the Chicago Racetrack there was no manual button. I am hoping that DTG will implement the German language manuals for the German DLC as well.

Like so many things from RSC, this complete reworking of the Engine Driver site is an unfinished work too soon made public. As the song goes, "When will they ever learn?"

For example, I tried to log in with every RSC-related identity I've established over the years, but none of them worked. Rather than get angry, I simple set up new credentials. Of course, now I have to wait for another on-line embarrassment, ATT, to transmit the certification e-mail message, which usually takes several hours.

About manuals: of course, if you own the DLC, you already have the manual on your PC.
Just in case some people don't know that already.

There are people who don't own DLC manuals or want to read them on their phones, so it was wise to have to up online.

Of course manuals for purchased DLC are available on buyer's computer ( !DUH! ), but some of us prefer to read the manual before purchasing, to avoid winding up with a pig in our poke. As I noted above, some manuals are available on this new site, but many are not and that should definitely be remedied by DTG/RSC.
