Can you guess why it is?

RULES: No internet to search up why its so special, all you have is the number and railroad.
No searching "cargil 1017" on google or bing or ANY search engine

It looks like it has the frame & trucks from an SW1500, a cab from an ALCO S-Unit, and the long hood from an ALCO RS-Unit.

It had no front coupler and its pilot is damaged.
Being a Cargill company locomotieve, it should not be allowed to roam outside the plant.

The locomotive in question is a T6 and ,as robbit said, was the last US alco built.
