first Ge i have seen with a Low Road Number since BNSF retired those old B23-7's

and I thought regular GEVO's looked bad, boy that's and ugly rear end.

That is a Tier 4 GEVO, that picture was posted a few months ago, Several Class I railroads will be receiving the Tier 4 model beginning in 2015, including Canadian National Railway, CSX Transportation, and Union Pacific. BNSF Railway will receive Tier 4-compliant ES44C4's. Union Pacific refers to them as EF44AC"s, the "F" stands for "Four", as in "Tier 4"; it is also referred to as ET44AC

All these new locos all seem to look the same anyways. But good info none the less.

BNSF should really do a heritage fleet. Even though they never will.

I'd rather see the continued use of actual units with real heritage than some fake painted bland EVO. EVOs are no where near as fun as an old geep.
