NS sure is buying up a lot of "older" power. Makes for better railfanning

Highly doubtful seeing as NS has removed or blanked out all of the class lights on all of the former Conrail power.

NORFOLK SOUTHERN has been into the rebuilding and modernization program for quite some time.
