NS will acquire the 12 CSX SD80MACs

They will be numbered 7217-7228.
CSX got 13 of the 30 in the Conrail split, but one was scrapped due to major damage from a derailment.

NS sure is buying up a lot of "older" power. Makes for better railfanning

Highly doubtful seeing as NS has removed or blanked out all of the class lights on all of the former Conrail power.
