#1 A webcam. Pretty useful. No wireless otherwise you can`t get a good connection.
#2 Xsplit or obs. Perferrably i chosed xsplit over obs.
#3 Twitch.tv or justin.tv or livestream.com. i chosed twitch.tv or justin.tv its much better.

As I said before, everything is on-line. Just google it. I had 30 results (including youtube videos) within 30 seconds on how to set it up. Even Wikipedia has the info online.
If you want something, you'll have to do the work for it. Daniel provided some good links.
