Posted: Mon Mar 31, 2014 6:25 pmSP ran under the NORAC rules. Which is why they had flashing ditchlights for the short time that they had them. BN experimented a lot with safety things such as the stripes, white face, tiger stripes, strobe ditchlights, beacons, and flashing ditchlights.
