Grab a rock, have a seat, and talk about the real world of trains.

A couple of buildings north of 116th Street in Manhattan collapsed this morning due to an explosion apparently caused by a gas leak. Service in and out of GCT has been shut down as a result. While it may appear that this was overkill on the part of Metro North, due to the apparently minimal amount of debris on the tracks, It turns out to be a very prudent move on their part when you see how much of the buildings ended up underneath the elevated railroad structure.
