what's a good hand held scanner for rail fanning?

I don't know of any under $100 but the Uniden Bearcat 125AT is perfect. Its $120 though

Looks like a nice little unit, good price, too. Back in the day, I had a Bearcat scanner when I was taking flying lessons. Thing was like a brick tho. And was twice that price (25 years ago, too). But it saved me money, I could listen to ATIS while I was pre-flighting the plane to get current weather, instead of turning on the avionics master, and running the Hobbs meter (which is how the ground school charges your flight time).

Thanks I'll have to get this when I get paid. I've been using an app on my phone that pulls in the CP Sunbury and Reading and Northern but no one has Dellaware-Lackawanna (short line) for streaming.
