What are the road regulations concerning tractors and machinery with crop wheels/double wheels that are overwide?

For Farming Simulator 2018, the Big Bud DLC is on sale. This DLC contains huge US tractors and machinery but doesn't come with a map containing suitable big fields and wide roads, so I am reluctant to buy it.

Some laws may differ from state to state, and country to country, but here are the laws for Virginia: State weight limits do not apply to farm machinery or agricultural multipurpose drying units when used in the ordinary course of business on non-Interstate highways (Va. Code §46.2-1102).Vehicles registered as farm use vehicles may exceed State limits for single axle, tandem axle, and GVW limits by up to 5 percent, or a maximum GVW of 84,000 lbs. without a permit (Va. Code §46.2-1128). The Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is authorized to issue permits allowing the movement of overweight vehicles. No divisible load permit is authorized to travel on Interstate highways when a vehicle exceeds Federal weight limits (Va. Code §46.2-1139).

Colorful plane and shot!

I like yellow aircraft. This one is a Boeing N75?

Watched a YouTube video on crop spraying with helicopters - it was an expensive looking operation, but maybe the refilling of spray tanks at the fields edge cuts transit costs a bit.
