. Government has a tendency to find what they think are solutions in the "one shoe fits all" solutions. These never work. Never. Some places have little reason to have any kind of lock downs or quarantines or any other restrictions because there is little or no cases there. Other places have high numbers of issues and need to isolate. This probably gets down almost to a county to county decision making process always remembering here in America the government at the end of the day needs to read the Constitution before each edict. Travel is our biggest enemy right now and we need to only travel if it's really essential so we don't spread this stuff from areas of high activity.
