I was wondering why everyone here in NoVA hasnt harvested yet, I guess its just not time?

It depends on when they were planted. It also depends on the weather and if the leaves have had time to fall off. When it comes time to pick, the beans should not have any moisture in them.

Last year, the soybeans here were picked in the end of October. We planted the soybeans a bit later this year due to a lot of rain we had in the beginning of the year.
