Norfolk Southern Train #29G and Amtrak Train #88 race along the NS Norfolk District at sunrise. Both crews were friendly, and I got a shave and a haircut from 29G.

Not the best picture in the world, but here is a Norfolk Southern intermodal flying by. Yet another friendly crew which gave two shave and a haircuts in a row.

I didn't tell you guys I went to Maine for 4 days and on the way home I wanted to stop here and we got a few pictures of the yard. I don't think they use the swing bridge anymore do they? Cool stuff though.

To the best of my knowledge no they don't. There is a narrow gauge train that runs from the edge of Portland to the bridge and back.
