Some of those listed are somewhat obscure, but nonetheless welcomed and should be interesting to see. However, they need at least couple of more: NW in Red and another in classic Black. All that's needed now is for CSX to get onboard - boy, wouldn't that be odd to see both NS and CSX with Conrail heritage!

Cheers!

Yup. 2 down 17 more to go!

I really like they added the Southern computer "check code" (the "K" at the end of the number). Little touches like these really says alot about NS making these schemes 100% accurate. As for the N&W #1776, that was a nice surprise also. That was repainted into bicentennial colors (from faded chipped bicentennial colors) and will be sent back to the Roanoke Museum.

That scheme layout fits that engine like a glove.

Im assuming this is Chattanooga? If I might head up there tomorrow and see if I can get a glimpse! To bad I won't have one of the RW ES44's painted in time for the Atlanta North District release next Tuesday.

For all of the NS fans out there, we need a tracking page or something. Somewhere where if you see one of the locomotives, you can log in the livery, date, time, and location.

So shiny. Look at the reflection of the stars. Bet that's annoying for the engineer.

Just got back from Chatt-town. It's either back in the shed or it's already shipped out for final adjustments, or maybe even gone on the Employee Special this morning. Either way, Elvis has left the building.
