I think we can safely assume that anything on the body that is painted flat white in those examples will be painted UP's Armour yellow.
Speaking briefly of sorta politics for humor's sake to lighten the mood here a bit...
The weird thing I just noticed is that paint job #2 has the feel of the current Russian flag with it's same shade of red and blue colors right next to each other in a similar fashion. Russia used to be a communist/socialist country when it was part of the USSR.
What kinda screws up that theory a bit is the light powder blue color at the top. If they were to keep the bottom white as seen in the example instead of painting it Armour yellow, it would look like the Russian flag turned upside down....which when done with an American flag, has historically meant a distress signal.
Also.... the powder blue at the top is basically the same executive blue used on Air Force One that transports the American president. So is this the so-called Russian collusion locomotive? Is UP sending a message to the American public with this paint scheme? Let the conspiracy theorists run wild with that one.
