Well it was the dump truck drivers fault. If I remember right he was found ~50 feet from the impact site and he is the single casualty.

you remember correctly and now there is a whole deal about they need crossings to have lights bells and bars jeez i think they need a feature in cars that hits the driver for disobeys rules of the road
