I wonder why it always says no members are online, when there are plenty of us skulking about?
Since Bob got the dedicated server, the visitor counter has gone sky high. It's over 5 million now.

What time of the day or night are you on here? I am never on that there aren't several members on.

All times. I have sleep issues.
Here at the bottom of the page is where it never shows me anything but guests are online.

That's cause your not logged in to the site nor is anyone else. When I work the site you should see 1 member on line. After Rick Grout's generosity of the RW&A route there was no further need for anyone to log in to download. Its all free with no limits for anyone, so why log in?

I'm always logges in so I can see new posts. If I don't log in everything is lit up. I'm not re reading the whole forum again. LOL

How do you get PMs if you're not logged in?

As far as downloads if they are not a member just let them skulk away, who cares.

Is that info only pertaining to the downloads site?
The reason I ask is I have to login to make comments here in the forum...
Is this setup technically two different sites?
I'm just asking out of Nerdley curiosity. !*roll-laugh*!

Yes, the web site (including the file library) is built on a CMS named Joomla!, and the forum is built on phpBB.
They have separate user databases.
You only need to log in to Joomla! if you need to modify the web site contents.
