Which is a strong case for having two people in the cab. That's why in spite of some foolish people's attempts we still have two people in the cockpit of commercial airplanes. Anyone who's ever flown hard IFR understands that the workload is about three or four times more taxing than flying with a co-pilot.

"I cannot find the words sufficiently to express my sympathies," he said. "I am deeply sorry for my part of responsibility in this tragedy. I assume this responsibility now, and I will always assume it."
