Always shocking to see. Glad nobody was damaged.
Don't the RRs/engineers watch the forecast?

It not that easy. Some of these twisters appear rather quickly and if you're not watching/listening/googling the news (or you are an engineer unfamiliar with the area), you can be caught flat footed.
