I know this is a long shot, but figured I'd place an inquiry. Has anyone here ever subscribed to Railroad Model Craftsman? I am trying to find an article from the April 1990 RMC on how to kitbash an Amtrak SDP40F in HO. If anyone has this article, please drop me a line. Tanks in advance...
