CSX's newest locomotive?

I dont know how recent this was but look what i found on railpictures.com.

Apperently it is a former mark locomotive and will be used for a geometry train and business excursions.

What the devil is that?
It looks like it's a Franken loco. SD-45 hood, Comfort Cab etc.
Maybe a F or FP unit chassis.
Blomberg trucks.

That's what happens when the shop people have too many spares around. Time and parts. LOL
Either that or someone doesn't spay and neuter their locos. That's really irresponsible. *!greengrin!*

A little digging has this as a rebuilt gp40wh-2 that was purchased from the MARC system and renumbered to CSX 9969

Its a GP40WH-2, this particular locomotive (CSX 9969) was former MARC 69.

What surprises me the most is that this locomotive does not have Ditchlights, only the Main Headlight on the Nose and a Gyralight on the top.
Even that locomotive when it was still in MARC scheme was still running in passenger service a couple months ago without ditchlights, the same went for MARC 56.
