Just got this through BookBub, but it appears to be a nice broad illustrated history of railroading at a very nice E-Reader price (Normally 7.99, down to 1.99) It's also drawn really solid reviews, so I thought there may be some interest here.

Thanks for the news! I just checked Amazon and the Kindle version isn't for sale yet; that is, the book is listed for Kindle, but no pricing information and it cannot be bought. Since I've become a dedicated Kindle user, I'm not about to spend a lot more for a real book that I would then have to lug around and and eventually find shelf space for it.

Looks good, though and has garnered some good reviews that seem to be from serious readers, not the "delivered on schedule" dopes.

And, speaking of dopes: just got reminded that I'm currently registered at Amazon.it, not Amazon.com. The Kindle version is available here, but it costs €15,11 (nearly $20), so I'll wait until my Kindle starts buying in dollars again.
