Hello guys, please tell me which companies use Ohio steel 2 and Fort Smith To Heavner in real life?
Are there scenarios with real locos liveries for those routes? as I understand to use UP livery is not correct.

Just Like the Castle Rock Railroad, its a fictional route in Railworks, but in real life is supposed to be like the UP/BNSF Jointline that runs from Denver to Colorado Springs.

As far as OS2 goes, with the exception of the Steel Mill, all the trackage is present between Dover and Massillion, Ohio, as well as the branch lines. It's could easily be serviced by NS, CSX, and BNSF. The Brewster intersection is currently WLE. I do wish the Canton extension as well as the Brewster Yard and interchange existed though...

Fort Kent to Eagle Lake is former Bangor & Aroostock. I use the Portland Terminal equipment with it. Fort Smith to Heavener is a combo of former Frisco and KCS. I usually run it as KCS with the northern junction as UP.

I suppose these answers depend on the time period too.
