It really is an indicator of their overall attitude, isn't it...

I guess in all fairness, there is a vid somewhere on You Tube, that shows something similar happening to a rail fan that was taking pics in the opposite direction, from an approaching train.

They should read Rule 132, and probably Rule 716 (particularly in relation to the unfunded mandate for installing PTC that they undoubtedly voted for) before attempting such a press conference. [sarcasm]Perhaps it should be policy that thayone lecturing the public (and by implicaiton, the railroad industry) about safety should have to pass a rules test first.[/sarcasm]
