UP 3300 (united way / independence) painted in NS colors now??

Mike, UP 3300 had a snoot nose, that NS 3300 does not have it, it looks like an 81" nose.

The UP3300 has a different serial number than the NS3300, so they are different engines.

Cant they change this when they re do a locomotive? Also where do I find this info?

No, they can't. Its like changing your VIN. Unless its a complete rebuild, like a Genset or the SD30C-ECOs and such where the only thing left from the original is the frame.
