Nobody was hurt this time, but this happened near a village.
Firemen aren't sure which tank cars are burning, so they're not getting anywhere near.

Sabotage someone says.
Anything is possible, but more likely it's the freezing temps causing the metal in parts to become brittle and/or shift to incorrect tolerances.
Maybe a supplier sending out defective axle and wheel assemblies.

Maybe it's just that we have increased the shipping of oil tenfold in the last couple of years hence more accidents of flammable which draws the jackals of the media.
