Apparently, the driver drove right into a train already occupying the crossing, and then got t-boned by a second southbound on the other track. Escaped with a broken arm.

She'd probably watched one to many movies where if you hit a crossing fast enough during a cop chase you jump over a flatcar or through an open doored boxcar.
She's very lucky.

Shame they can't charge her for endangering the police officer's life. If it had not been for the other police I reckon that second train would of got him.
